A cow is a cow, no matter how
I met her a couple of years from now
she lives inside a little town
with a man called Mr Grape
She philosophizes day by day
you’d better look out what you have to say
cause she’s too smart and knows the way
between truth and something fake
A cow is a cow, but this one looks
like no other cow you have seen in books
she’s climbing christmastrees and cooks
ev’ry meal just on her own
She weekly wipes out the toilet where
her boss Mr Grape has been sitting there
although she always is aware
of the smell she’d never known
This cow is a cow, a special one
who’s sharing her life with her boss –how come-
she always does what must be done
as humorous as he
They’re mates in the way they want to live
a cow stays a cow, but has much to give
and even when he’s old and stiff
she always, ever be.
